Yesterday, we held space for sisterhood, vulnerability, and healing during our Women’s Mental Health Panel. Our students listened, shared, and connected deeply. We also took a moment to uplift and celebrate our amazing Assistant Principals, Ms. Alba and Mrs. Hickman, during AP Week — two powerful women leading with heart.

✨ Our Mindful Beauty Club has been busy this year, empowering students to feel beautiful inside and out! From making scrubs to indulging in face masks, we’ve had the privilege of hosting an esthetician who showered us with beauty knowledge and self-care tips. Our girls left with full makeup bags and our boys with personalized facial treatments—because self-care is for everyone! 💄🧴

But beauty isn’t just skin deep. We’ve also been working on our internal glow, holding meaningful mindfulness sessions and conversations about self-love, self-care, and how to nurture our mental well-being. 🌿💫 This journey is about building confidence from within and learning to care for ourselves in every way. #MindfulBeauty #SelfCareForAll #ConfidenceIsKey #InnerAndOuterGlow
